She is a communications consultant with over 20 years’ experience in communications, technology and risk for financial institutions.
Stacy is on the Disney Parks Moms Panel and helps guests plan their vacation to the most magical place on earth! Stacy is an RRCA Running coach and has combined her two loves, running and Disney to develop the popular health and fitness blog, Run Disney Mom! This site provides running tips, advice, race reviews, healthy recipes and all things related to running at Disney!
Stacy’s also the author of several books, including: Candy Around the World, Guilt-Free Cupcakes, Lunch, by me!,, A Pet for Emberly and Culinary Duct Tape: Greek Yogurt: Just as versatile, not as tacky. She has been married for 21 years to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children, ages 16 and 12.
She has written for a variety of publications, including Family Fun Magazine, Orbitz, Working Mother, My Carolina Town and Modern Parent. She also served as a non-fiction editor for QU. Queens University Literary Magazine.
